JOB MISSION
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our department Purchasing & Procurement while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.
As our Junior Purchasing Specialist, ensure the correct procurement of the categories of packaging materials required by the company, applying the Lean methodologies to guarantee an efficient supplier portfolio in terms of service and reliability, in compliance with technical and quality specifications, agreed timescales and costs, in line with company requirements and sustainability objectives.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Constant and on time monitoring of issued orders and related supply order confirmations with attention and communication to suppliers for managing deliveries and also requests for advances and postponements
- Entry of article data and customs and various related items
- Sending validation forms to new suppliers


WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor in Management Engineering or Economics degree
- Fluent in English
- One year of experience in a similar role and in multinational and industrial contexts will be a plus
- Knowledge of packaging material market will be a plus
- Deep and concrete attitude for human contacts and teamwork, problem solving attitude and excellent communication skills
- Passion for the cosmetic sector
- High analytical skills and flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Knowledge of MRP logic will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in Excel - Word - Power point – Power BI
