The Role

Our Account Management team oversees the relationship with Grocery and Restaurant strategic partners. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for grocers - aside from providing the best support, we are consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to guide our partner's growth. As a an account manager, you will be responsible for:

Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important grocery or Restaurant partners including high sales volume drivers
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner
Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
Work with other departments (Marketing, Operations ,Corporate, and Customer Service) to guide new plans and problem solutions.
Manipulate and analyse data to increase growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years experience in commercial roles, experience in retail/GDO, or other /high-growth companies
Knowledge of the food retail industry
Experience creating long-term relationships
Must be fluent in English
Demonstrate competency using tools and related program management applications to apply best practice
